With over two decades of experience in Talent Acquisition and Diversity leadership, I’ve had the privilege of building inclusive, high-impact hiring strategies for global organizations across multiple industries.

My journey began in recruitment consulting, where I developed a deep understanding of the hiring landscape across sectors like retail, consumer packaged goods, financial services, manufacturing, hospitality, and technology. This broad foundation gave me a unique perspective on what it takes to attract, hire, and retain top talent in fast-moving, competitive markets.

I later went on to lead North American Recruitment Sourcing Strategies for a global consulting firm, where I supported major clients—including one of the world’s largest banks and one of the most recognized hospitality brands in the world.

Throughout my career, one thing has remained constant: a passion for helping people find clarity, confidence, and opportunity in their careers. That’s why I created The Career Amplified Community—to bring everything I’ve learned to professionals who are ready to grow with intention and lead with purpose.

Why I Do It
